**Grace Period:** 15 days from due date
**Late Fee:** 5% of outstanding amount
**Service Suspension:** After 30 days overdue
Upon full payment, you own the custom code and designs created specifically for your project.
We retain rights to our proprietary tools, frameworks, and general methodologies.
Some projects may include open-source libraries or third-party services subject to their respective licenses. We'll clearly identify these components in project documentation.
**Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.** We are not responsible for: indirect damages, data loss from client systems, third-party service failures, or issues arising from unauthorized modifications to our delivered work.
You may terminate services at any time with written notice. You'll be charged for work completed up to the termination date.
**Early termination of fixed-price projects may result in additional charges for work in progress.**
We may terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or if continuation would be harmful to our business interests.
**Upon termination, you must cease using any proprietary tools or access credentials we've provided.**
